What are you passionate about?
I absolutely love helping people to help themselves. Everyone has a certain something within them, which they possibly didn’t even know existed. When I get to bring that out, it’s so rewarding for me.
Who (or what) inspires you?
I am inspired by those who are willing, and really trying, to become better people. They are constantly learning from the mistakes they make, pursuing new opportunities, and are not afraid to take the next step – or leap. I really admire courageous people, and it’s something I try and be myself.
What does change mean to you?
Change is a necessity, to survive. It’s everywhere: in daily life, in business. There are challenges that we face every day that change the way we think and the way we act. Change is, funnily enough, a constant.
Why do you love working at Change Factory?
My first impression is that the team is made up of a group of people who are genuine and unafraid to be themselves in the workplace. There is a level of calmness about the place that comes from knowing what you do, and doing it well. It feels like family already. And that’s what I really need and want in my work life.
