As the Managing Director, Kevin sets the direction for Change Factory and provides his team with the skills and knowledge to develop and execute plans for the company. He is the principle consultant for the company, helping clients to achieve their desired business outcomes. With over 35 years of experience in the business world, Kevin is a font of knowledge on all things change management.

What are you passionate about?
Growing things. From people to the business to plants, I enjoy witnessing transformation and playing a part in making it happen. I like to help. I like to give people the opportunity to grow and make changes themselves. I think it stems from my background: growing up in a poor family in rural Queensland, living the simple life. Look at all the changes I’ve made since.
Who (or what) inspires you?
All sorts of people inspire me, but there is a common theme: people who have a go. Sports people, kids, even the great people of the world like Nelson Mandela. People who do something and persist, even when they find it difficult. The trying inspires me as much as the achievement, if not more.
What does change mean to you?
Giving up the past, to reach out for the opportunity.
Why do you love working at Change Factory?
The reality is, most senior executive positions in big organisations are political. It’s very difficult to find the right position, one that allows you to create and grow the business and the people. With my own company, I get the chance to do just that.
